I was just listening to summat on the radio on the way back from the shops and found it interesting!

They were basically saying in SOME situations the person claiming rape should take more responsibility for the situation they were in....

It goes without saying no means no, but if the lass is pissed up at the time and then regrets her actions in the morning it ain't the fellas fault... How many fellas have been pissed up, gone back with an utter munter and regretted the day they were born in the morning! How many of them cry rape??

I think women who falsely cry rape and are found out to be lying should get much harsher sentances, and obviously any fella who rapes should be castrated!!

I'm just curious to hear other peoples views!
