just goes to show trackers are not that good...
them one's of ebay that you tex are just as good as the expensive one's so you may aswell get one of them

things like this i always leave the keys out (kitchen living room etc), but i always un hook throttle cable, coilpack and crank position sensor,
so they have to fuck about before getting it going, simnple but easy stuff to do, just hook it back up when i do my coolant/oil checks before driving off, only takes 2 ticks
simple but useful in preventing it being driven away.
not fool proof, but as tesco say every little helps, longer they are mucking about stealing your motor more likely they are to be seen / put off / give up.

no matey,the owner of the rs wants nowt to do with it from what my mate said,the police say they will use violence to get cars and that means they are more likely to harm you than you harm them,they have the secret weapon too which is the element of surprise. they stole someone elses car doing exactly the same thing and the car owner woke up as they were in the bedroom rooting for keys and things turned nasty,thats how the plod know its asians they are hunting.

so the interior is mint,headlights are mint & so are the airbags why was the car stripped then? unless it was hit from behind when parked but most likley stolen & thats his cut of the car being broken

i'm going to see my mate and tell him about the new rs stuff on ebay and he can tell the lad whose car was stolen about it.

i bet though someone uses a new account con tacts the person on ebay and gives it the "is that stuff stolen from D2OMY" then the ad will get yanked,if someone can save it i'd appreciate it like.
obviously if its totally genuine they can prove which car the stuff came from.

THE CAR WAS SEEN IN DONCASTER JUST AFTER IT WAS STOLEN, APPARENTLY A POLICE PATROL NOTICED IT.
THE AREA OF THE PARTS BEING SOLD ON EBAY IS CLOSE TO WHERE THE CAR GOT STOLEN FROM.
I HAVE INFORMED MY MATE AND HE'S CONTACTING HIS MATE THE OWNER ASAP.

also there is now tracker device you can buy to stop the tracker working thay may have used this on his car to stop it working

looking at the above link thats a whole lot of stuff available from a mint front end focus rs that happens to be the same colour as the robbed car.
we have looked on ebay and theres nearly a complete focus rs car minus the shell on ebay in and around the yorkshire/manchester area.
not far from oldham into yorkshire is it???????

I think id get sick if i saw my pride and joy for sale on the bay..
Was the very same here in ireland till just recently.
you can now fight intruterds with equil force.
and if you or family is tretend even kill them with a Gun ect, without prosicution.

its pathetic here, someone can force their way into your home and until they threaten you or lay a finger on you, all you can do is dial 999. to grab them and stop them is assault. of course if they touch you or threaten you then self defence laws apply but you have to prove it and these days with the CPS your word that a scum bag threatened you is no longer enough. the fact he shouldnt have been there counts for nothing. it is merely the alleged assault that is considered.

My mate just told me about a mate of his from Chester who has a brand new Focus RS thats done 600 mile thats been robbed by breaking into the house and taking a big knife out of the kitchen draw and comming up the stairs and getting the keys.
reg is D2OMY and the blokes called Dromy Dromgoole.
him and his buisness partner bought one each and now the other is for sale as they don't want the same thing happening.
he left chester and went for a night out away and stayed with friends and came back and had a few more drinks and went to bed.
In the night the gaff got rumbled and when the robbers broke in they took the keys to a new bm that was blocking in the RS and backed it out the way and left it in the drive and across the pavement with the door open and the keys in the ignition.
the police said the gang have done it before and will use the knife if they get caught taking the keys,also the police said its asians they are after who are doing it. other than that they don't know any more.
it was 9.30 in the morning when the car was reported stolen and by 10 the tracker peeople were informed and theres nothing tracker can find as its not showing up so they either know how to disarm the tracker or somthing.
