My Throttle's back to front......
Morning everyone,
Just needing a little bit of knowledge.
I’ve got a red top saph 4x4 on an L8 ecu. It has a pf01 Throttle sensor on it. I’m guessing the previous owner fitted this because all the literature I’ve found on my car says it should be pf09. So I’m getting one.
I know that the 2 switches work in reverse, so currently my T.P.S. plug is wired as follows for the pf01:
E.c.u. terminal 11 to Throttle position sensor plug terminal 3 (Brown with lime green)
E.c.u. terminal 17 to T.P.S. plug Terminal 2 (Black with Red)
E.c.u. terminal 30 to T.P.S. plug terminal 1 (Red)
Which way should the plug be configured for the pf09 please?
Any help is muchly appreciated
Justin

Haven`t got a loom or tps to hand so i don`t know the numbers, but if you stand at the front of the car and look at the TPS, the configuration for the L8 is as follows....
Top pin.... Ecu pin 30
Centre pin. Ecu pin 17
Bottom pin. Ecu pin 11
Will have a look at a loom later and give you the connector numbers....

I'm such a twat. Checked into this so I thought...
Once I had removed the throttle body to put my newly purchased pf09 on, I looked at the red one fitted, only to find it IS a pf09, only red. That was a surprise to me, I didn't know that they came in red! Learn somethin' new everyday.
With that in mind, the plug is wired up per your advice already.
Thanks for your help though mate, is much appreciated.
