What do you need to do?

If it's just a case of printing off a few invoices, use excel or word!

If you want to maintain accounts, the industry leaders are Sage or Quick Books. Also worth a look is KashFlow which is an online solution - 60 days free trial, Ł15 a month thereafter IIRC

i do valeting as well and use quick books, easy to use and easy to keep track of your accounts as well.

I use Sage.

It can be pretty much tailored to your needs, so can be as simple or as comprehensive as you like.

Sage is very good and even a mongtard can understand it
