What do you need to do?

If it's just a case of printing off a few invoices, use excel or word!

If you want to maintain accounts, the industry leaders are Sage or Quick Books. Also worth a look is KashFlow which is an online solution - 60 days free trial, £15 a month thereafter IIRC
