Getting old and dont enjoy the sound of a Mongoose system anymore, want a quiet car but guess the standard system is a bit restrictive for stage 3?

Now that Magnex are gone, is there any other company that makes a system similar to the standard one ie with dual piping or would have to have it custom made?

Btw, is it possible to get it quiet as as the standard system?

I also like a quiet car, well inside anyway, but have foudn very oddly the following.
I have a scorpion, this is noisy outside the car, but can't really hear it inside at all.
Cozmeister off pf has a magnex, his is quiet outside the car but very noisy in the car, we both noticed this after being in each others cossie.

I must be getting old too, got a standard box on my civic and welded a nice 3" stainless tip on it, looks nice but very very quiet, i can actually think about where im going and hear the sat nav easily now

Also like tabetha I have a Scorpion on the saph but mine is way loud on the inside and doesn't seem as loud on the outside, bit seems to be alot quieter at about 80mph or above, the back box has just been repaired and scorpion replaced it with the less restrictive silencer but since then it has got a fair bit louder.

was wondering whether there is a aftermarket silencer that could be cut into the mid section that would quieten it down a bit without being to restrictive.

MAgnex i like the sound of i think there fairly quiter than most but obviously it depends on engine factors also

check out Martins 500 rebuild thread, he has one that looks very similar to the twin centre box magnex. I loved mine , will be looking for one like martins when the car is going back on the road.

Ran out of space in the bay, so put the 2nd box and the supertrapp on the outside, lol

Im going to trim the 90 degree down a bit so it doesnt come over so far, but thats basically how it will be other than that.

i had a magnex system which sound lovely, but i had a mongoose back box as i prefer the look of it

the whole system was very queit, and noisy outside the car on boost
