Just received this on my e-mail account which is pretty well protected and only very rarely do I ever get any spam or advertising crap through, but I've never seen one quite like this before:

I am Mrs Claire Page, I am currently sending you this mailfrom my sick bed in the hospital,I would want you to contactmy lawyer;Email (landonwatson01@gala.net)"

and that's the entire thing. Not sure what they're trying to achieve there or who might ever fall for it!

Pretty clever I'd say. Doesn't come across as needy, but has a sense of urgency.

 

But who in their right mind would respond to it, lol?!

 

Old people, or just anyone who's naive in general. Sadly an older person(or anyone who hasn't grown up with experience of this kind of thing) would look at that and panic, thinking someone needed their help.

 

Poor woman, I've just contacted her lawyer for her!

 

Someone they'd never even heard of???
