This will never become a legal matter. There was never any contract/formal agreement, not to mention there is probably too much time that has passed anyway. This was done on pure trust, at the time you seemed like a genuine, trustworthy individual.

A complete lie – the longest you have not heard from me is probably ~12 Months. You have a very selective memory.

Agreed and let’s be honest £1K is not really a proper investment anyway. This was a token investment based on trust with no formal contracts etc. Had I thought you had actually used the money at all for your business then I would never expect the money back.

However, I am of the opinion the money for used for nothing of the sort. I suspect your deluded mind thought it was some kind of gift.

So what you’re really trying to say is you don’t have to return it but you will because you’re a good person. Who are are you trying to kid, me or yourself? All the evidence I have ever seen tells me you are a compulsive, delusional liar with little moral standing.

And I don’t believe for a second you can’t really afford to pay it back. I have been chasing you since 2005 for it and have heard one bullshit excuse after another.

I also believe that, past or present, you have never had any intention of returning the money. The main proof of this is the fact you have never sent me a single penny as some kind of instalment. As I pointed out a couple of times to you, you could have paid back a £1 a day and the matter would be pretty much sorted out by now.

I think you should explain to us all on this forum what issue there is in you taking part in this BigLee scheme/proposal. This proposal means I will receive NOTHING, 50% goes to BigLee’s fund and the other 50% will go to a charity of my choice. All monies will be handled by a third party, not that it would be a problem anyway as I can be trusted and am I man of my word unlike you.

I have not read that thread as it will only be full of the usual bandwagon jumpers and people arguing so there was no point looking or taking part just to be insulted every post.
The fact you have changed my name in the quotes above kind of proves my point !
Also, I will not be manipulated for everyones pleasure by you using Biglee,s sad situation.

I do thank you for actually confirming most of what I sad above even though some of the details I quoted may have been wrong, it was a while ago and my memory is shite which has probably been half my problem all along...

The money was used to build and develop the first pre-production prototype ECU I designed and fitted to my own car for development purposes and actually cost more than you gave me.
Luckily, I have a folder of design notes, tech info and receipts of parts purchased from that time and am happy for you to examine them.

Anyway, this thread will now probably decend into the usual feeding frenzy so I will PM you an offer in a few days time once I have had a chance to sort out a few things my end.

Also, I saw the protptype ECU before I gave you any money....don't you remember we went to SCS with it and hooked it up to your box of tricks to fake the sensors inputs......this same ECU was being prototyped/developed in your car....!

Anyway, you have said before the money was used in connection to the SECS ECU. Are you saying that without it the SECS ECU would not existed and that it would never have been produced ? Now I'm 100% of the opinion things would have gone exactly the same way had you never met me or had any money from me. Could it be that you just spent the money and then later on decide to account for it somewhere......

Yes you saw the "PROTOTYPE" ecu, I said the "PRE PRODUCTION" ecu which is the step where a rough working circuit design is re-engineered with proper PCB manufacturing and tooling ready for mass production.
They are 2 different distinct steps in any comercial design of an electronic product.

Also if you could bring yourself to read the thread you will see it clearly states the purpose of the thread was to raise some money for good causes and not debate the in's and out's of the money and that the thread must be a positive one.....

Your a strange fooker.....even your fooked up mind can surely see that going along with the proposal is good for everyone including you.....
