PassionFord Post Whore!!
Well after staying off bikes for ~8 years (last bike was a brand new '99 blue R1) I got myself another one. Wanted something different/rare, plus buying a modern refined bike just seemed too easy!lol
Anyway I ended up getting a 1985 Suzuki RG500. It's a square four 500cc two stroke - basically four 125cc engines bolted together hence the four exhausts pipes....
When I first got it:
When I had it on the road back in August, notice the modern forks, brakes, wider wheels etc etc:
And one final one after I fitted the GSXR swingarm:

Started off small then progressed onto something with a tad more power !!!
Had a few 600's before getting bitten by the Fireblade bug !
Have kinda given up on biking just now after a few scares and losing a mate in a bike accident, the fun and sense of speed just dont outweigh the risks for me these days, have got too much to lose.

Yep! Another biker over here!
Passed test about 2 years ago and spent a good month or so restoring this bad boy!
1978 Kawasaki Z200
After about 2 weeks I decided it was no where near fast enough or safe enough on today's roads! Cable discs and drums really isn't the way!
So I went and spanked my money of this!!!
2004 Triumph Daytona 600. Which in my opinion is the best looks sports bike ever made! Nothing else turns heads like it and they are relatively rare!
