Default Adapting harnesses from clip on to harness bars?

Morning all,

I've got a set of Securon harnesses in my track focus, all mounting points are currently secured with clip on style fittings.

I've now put a rollcage in the car and had harness bars welded on to it to give a 0 degree angle on the shoulder straps. I've been able to take the clip on fitting off the harness strap without any difficulty, but i'm struggling to find the new fitting to use the straps with the harness bar.

I seem to recall when i've done these in the past (admittedly i've ordered the harnesses to come with them) that it's just like an adjuster buckle but after searching all the usual sources I can't seem to find them individually?!

Anyone know of any?

Thankyouplease

With some harnesses you can undo them and wrap them around the bar but the set I had in my Focus you couldnt do that, I had to cut off the clip bits and put a removable strut brace through the ends of the harnesses and then bolt the strut brace back in.

When my mate used to build rallycross cars they would weld a threaded boss into the roll cage that would accept the bolt in eyelets.

You cant do that with all harnesses though, some of them cannot be undone as they are actually sewn into the buckle.

Could you not just cut it poke it through the strap adjuster and fold the tip and sew it up again though?

if they have not come with buckles and cannot be undone, then sell them for some proper ones.

Mine can and have been undone - i've taken the clip part off

I want to do them like Al put in his picture and S1's bottom picture in the green car.

Although - i've always done a system of looping over and feeding back through to make them completely unable to move on the harness bar once set and still kept the original adjusters at the front to be adjusted.

So i'm basically after 2 adjusters i guess? Anyone know where i can buy them on their own?
