is it possible?

my e-mail address is with my previous service provider. i am now with a new company. i have tried picking up my e-mails and its saying that i need secure password authentication.

i have logged onto the companies website to access it through there but i cant remember my password.

an ideas what i can do? thanks Neil

 

without the password, no you cannot access it.

once you have accessed it, it depends on their mail server as to whether you can forward it or not.
