very crap video i no but did i spot a dizzy under the bonnet??

Well everything can be done i suppose. If you want to run it on your std bits. And don't want to spend money on managements etc

Don't know if its downgrading tho. A lot of big hp engines where running distri at the time. So why not now?

Ive seen it done before, there is a lad in blackpool with a rs turbo with a 2.0 zetec running mfi management it looked a bit rough tbh but seemed to work ok.

would i be right in thinking the dizzy runs off the engine so would be a strain on power like power steering would be?

not really mate theres not much drag in a dizzy.

i would say its all down to money and what people might have lying around. would guess more of the old skool peeps would do this

ive seen a few old skool fords with zetec engines and using dizzys off 1 of the cams.
