Default PROJECT CAR pinto/twincam or cossie?

im thinking of doing a pug with ford running gear but unsure of wot to go for as i have a 20 twincam sierra for most the parts needie its on the button. a good runner, also i have a pinto 20 engine and thinking bike carbs or somthin, or do i go with a yb cossie donkey this i dont have but am very keen on this engine as im rebuilding a stage 3 sapp at the mo and its wicked fast but as finding out also ridiculously expensive wen they need rebuilt!!!!!! so my question is wot do i choose? and can any1 tell me the powers these engines are good for and reliable for? wots the best mods for power with all three???

sell the pug and put al the running gear into a mk3/4 escort.

ha ha i must agree, there seems to be a few being done right now but they are fun much better than a french car oh & id paint it polaris grey

Twincam is pointless unless your going turbo, which unless you can find a Turbo Technics kit for the manifold or fabricate one yourself it will be very costly. N/A i'd say 140BHP was the best you could hope for without silly costs.

Not sure on costs of pinto tuning but i have seen more powerful ones than twincams.

As for the YB although the cost of the initial engine is higher, as long as it's a good one power is relatively cheap and easy depending on what you want.
