we always think it will never happen to us but it does.if possible the best way is to block the car in at night with another car if possible as much as u can.alarms and immobs dont seem to make much difference.
hope it turns up dave

exactly what my mate does hes got 1 high performance car in middle the uno turbo mk2 one side uno turbo mk1 other side and then a toyota hiace and a punto thew on the out sides so no1 can take any all have specific things removed befrore going in for the night and steering locks on full pointing to other car so if some one does try stelling will make a lovely bang and to add a steering lock on all.along with alarms and immobilisers.he mainly saw my point when some one attempted to steal his old mk2 uno turbo but they didnt relise the battery was behind the passenger seat and the live wire to battery had been removed for the night lol.made a mess of the wiring and door tho bastards. is becoming far too common all these cars going missing i would check sammys scrap benfleet scrap theres a place in shoebury aswell usually advertises in evening echo only contact number is a mobile number.

A friend of mine does the same to protect his bikes and a while back it paid off for him as he woke to hear some fellas in his garage. The monitor he had also allowed him to talk to the monitor in the garage so he tolds these guys that he new they were in there, that the police had been called and that he was about to send his 2 Rottweilers in to say hello. Needless to say they didn't hang about and his bike were saved. He now keeps the dogs in the garage as an extra security measure. Will try and find out what the monitors were if anyone is interested.
