Default The different numbers when people are banned

I noticed missgembab had
Infractions: 0/1 (500)

and that danny had
Infractions: 0/1 (10)

Is the number of points at the end a measure of the severity of the ban?

Ie can we expect to see Danny back relatively soon as his was only a fairly minor incident (offering to look at somones car for them, which technically is trading for him even though no costs were mentioned etc) but gem presumably is gone forever with as many as 500 points?

Ive not had a ban, you need 10 points for a ban IIRC, ive only got 5

Think the first number is soemthing like how many bans you have had before, not positive though, the 2nd number is the number of current infractions you have, 1 in my case.

Thats not quite what happened.
Danny said to take the car down to Enhanced Performance to have a look at it for the person.
Danny works alongside EP but not actually for them I believe, so im not really sure if he meant he would look at it or he was recomending EP to do so, either way i'm sure it will only be viewed as a pretty minor infraction so I doubt he is banned for long, it wasnt exactly crime of the century, certainly less than what people like j1mbo have been banned for and they didnt get banned for long, so im sure its not a lifetime one or anything, probably be a couple of weeks, still a shame though as he tended to post interesting things IMHO
But obviously the board has to protect the interest of its paid sponsors at the end of the day!

Pitiful really.. Unnecessary abuse of a member is a joke right? I don't think I could fit on all my digits how many people I've seen called a Cunt on here today.

As I see it, If I called you a Cunt, and you laughed it off, that would be it.
But if I called you a Cunt, and you reported it, then its worthy of an infraction.

JayCC, to be fair, if they didnt have a way of slapping our wrists, im sure this place would get pretty out of hand, so overall I think its a good thing we have moderators on here, obviously like any group of people though, I would imagine that some of those moderators are fantastic people in the view of nearly all members, and some are probably, in the opinion of some people at least, useless jobsworth cunts
