My Detox!
Well, it starts tomorrow, I'm into my Food,Nutrition and Training, but, the last 10 days I've abused my body big style, pissed every night, Kebebs, no gym or running, and , I've developed a tyre round my waist.
So, from tomorrow I'll be eating fruit, veg and water, and nothing else till Friday morning, when I'll be back to my 6 protein packed meals a day! ,this should clear me out good and proper!
Now, I've heard all sorts of stories about this, it's not dangerous, but you can "touch cloth" without any warning, and also, I've heard it stinks, alot!
so I'll be sharing it all with you over the next few days, maybe even with some photos if I'm allowed?
I hate veg, but I'm looking forward to it, I'll let you know tomorrow night how I feel

I've now gone 7 days without smoking. For those who know me will understand how hard this was for me but I'm doing well!
Last I have been doing nothing but drinking water and eating small healthy meals. I feel so good its amazing!
Just goes to prove what we put in our bodys does have a massive effect on our wellbeing

I've stopped drinking. Since ... Monday or something, Cut down on the shitty foods, just healthy stuff, and drinking 3 million gallons of water a day. It's all bollocks, I'm still fat.

Ive also started, I dont look fat at all until i try to tie my shoe laces and suddenly there is a tyre there. Have never had that problem before though so time to get rid of it.
No more cheese on sandwiches, just ham, no soft drinks, fruits instead of candy and a good walk before breakfast.
