sorry for the change in direction of the thread but... when running a zetec turbo on frst management, for running in purposes do you run it with the actuator set so turbo doesnt come on boost, and just drive it as a lower comp N/A engine, then take it to get live mapped?

oh and blackpool IS alongway to go but trust me its worth it, i drove from london to get him to look at a few things as i was having a few issues and they was sorted out and also discovered i was one of the bigest problems
the upside is his rates are very good as ya get a shit hot service there
trust me pm stu, ya wont be dissapointed at all

depends on how much you wanna spend on management
who you trust to map it
do you need it for pub bs as well?
basically pick who YOU feel is competent
you could go all day thinking ofab/ofac/cossie/autronic /pectel/secs/emerald etc...............
if the person you pick gets you the best management but are crap at mapping you havent gained anything at all

On a related topic, dont know if i contacted a disgruntled employee or just they very honest, but i recieved an email from a company that makes a very popular (in the jap car world) engine managment and the reply basicly told me not to use it as its not that good and to use Motec or Autronic
