PassionFord Post Whore!!
a screamer pipe is only used needed on cars equiped with an external wastegate.
Yours will have an internal actuator controlled wastegate
no is the answer to your question you cant fit it.
you would need a custom manifold new much larger turbo with no integral wastegate and the external wastegate itself

It Wasnt Me!
Craig, u can ahve them without an external wastegate, you just need a custom flange, take the origonal elbow off the T3, bolt on the custom flange.downpipe, i'll show u a pic. .

The purpose of venting the Wastegate separately, whether it is Internal or External, is to take the strain off the exhaust. Even if you re-introduce it later on to keep the noise down. The first section of the exhaust and in particular the bends are under alot of pressure under boost and any way that you can relieve the strain is a benefit. Its a basic engineering principle.
The one that I am selling on Ebay (as per the original discussion) can be used in more than one way. It can be used as an External Wastegate Vent (Screamer Pipe) or the pipe can be put back into the exhaust roughly where it ends if the noise is too much, but will be more free-flowing than it would have been without it.
I no longer use it for a number of reasons. The main one is that I had my fun, but I now want the car to be more civilised, which it is as a result of the new exhaust. It is alot of fun and the good thing about it, unlike a Dump Valve is that it is only noisy at high boost (once the wastegate has actually opened).
Dont be mislead anyone, it isn't an easy conversion and certainly isn't for someone who wants to bolt it on and forget about it. That pipe cost me well over £200 to develop and it went through several incarnations. The flange alone was £70 as the only real option at the time was to buy it from HKS because we really weren't 100% sure of what we were playing around with. The dividing piece that separates the Turbine Outlet and Wastegate cost around £100 to make, because I had to have an engineer make it 'live' (cutting/filing etc rather than laser cutting) because the inside of a Turbine Housing is an irregular shape and because they are cast, they all differ a little (hence the wording of my auction).
Hope this helps.

I've done one before, and I'm fairly adept with machining etc. Shouldn't be a big deal, I've done much more complicated things on ships because if I didn't we don't move any more
I'll drop you a PM with some details etc when I get home and you can point out my errors for me.
