Mate had a blue Marina 1.8, not estate though. It handled unbeliveably badly and went straight from steering to terminal understeer with nothing inbetween. He slid into a dry stone wall and smashed it up. Was quite comfy though, but it's not a car I could imagine anyone actually wanting to own!

my dad used to have a maxi and a marina. He said the maxi was a cracking car in its day.

just been behind a allegro3 x reg in rawtenstall with a young lad driving it just wondering if it was a christmas present off someone who does not like him

hahaha I learned to drive in an Allegero AND it was the first car that I owned.

The one in the picture wouldn't have a quartic wheel though. The quartic wheel was MK1 only and that's a fairly late MK2
