Default Zetec Turbo - Rover inlet manifold

I know alot of people use rover turbo inlet manifolds on zetec turbo builds, who do you get your adaptor plate from, or can you get the flange cut off, then for example an EFI flange welded on? Are the port sizes/shapes similar? Also, what throttlebody do people use?

Ta!

I had my head welded and redrilled to suit the Rover inlet and then fitted a Fiesta Turbo throttle body.
