What I find most concerning were the folks making the video. They seemed to know about the conditions, but appeared to be more interested in catching a car skidding than warning road users, doing something about the road surface.

Ive seen some things in my time but that is dumb why on earth would you get out it safer in the car.
And regardless of if the people who filmed it told them about the conditions after seeing that i think they would have been too stupid to listen.
