i get it all the time testing 5 turbo's at work for any running problems or taking them for a blast to identify any faults for their MOT's.... minute they say anything with GT/RS/GTi etc its GO TIME! in theyre wee 2.0 wannabe chav motors.... what a bunch of idiots these days on the road.

latest one was a mk1 clio 1.2 thinking that i'd race him......... in an l-reg passat estate diesel...wtf???

Used to get it loads. Not so much these days but then I have a boring saloon car that I drive mostly. Still get lucky with that on occasions

Had a couple of lads in a Punto at the lights and as I'd been to a meeting I was fully suited. They reved the engine getting ready to go and whne the lights went amber I brough the revs up and had the clutch just off biting point and on green I took off. They looked horrified at getting owned by a man wearing a suit in a saloon

i fookin wish i was....but thats why the convertables there for, smoke em in a drop top turbo... face hits them even harder when they think its still running standard haha

yeah pretty much everyday theres a big roundabout o my way to work and i always use the wrong lane on the way home and blast out and change lanes i always have ppl try to raceme to not let me in lol the other night was a mondeo estate the guy was pissed when i fobbed him off and proceeded o drive like a tit bumper to bumper hen i slowed down for a bus then weaved in and out of traffic when he over took i just used abit of boost to get out at the roundabout this joker thought he was at brands lol

also sat at traffic lights last saturday nite on a duel carrige way i was sat behind a mk4/5 astra he pulled away slowly 10mph slowy rising i decided to overtake him (clear road dunno why i sat behind him) heard him full trottle so gave it a quick blip to 60 and slowed down to 35 put it in 5th (30 limit) and he continued to try race still accelerating as i was slowing down then slamming on when he was bumper to bumper the fact is its a shitty imergrants 1.6 astra and not woth the down change lol and i was turning right in 100yards lol

i get alot of ppl sit on my back bumper when im doing 30 in a 30 and when i do give it a blip either to make some space or over take a push bike they race up and slam on im actually worried that one of these t*ats are gonna rear end me today in the ice i was sat stationery at traffic light and thought a mini cooper was gonna bum the rs

Always round here it's anything TDI, mostly audi/vw, I love the way they automatically assume they are going to smoke everyone exiting roundabouts in the outside lane onto dual carriageways, they don't half get pissed off.
The other times seem to be if they have a car less than 3 or 4 years old they think it's better/faster.
My dad has a magnetic V8 badge on the rear of his xr4i, puts on for shows etc, and the difference is very obvious, badge on they tailgate wanting a race, no badge no bother.
I must admit that I do go into the outside lane at traffic lights for a bit of a blast, thing that pisses me off is whenever someone else is in the outside lane as they want to get ahead before it goes to one lane they f*****g crawl away and everyone undertakes you!!

are they just driving fast, or are they starring you out at traffic lights and flashing the headlights behind you wanting to race?

Pretty much everytime I go out I seem to get some tool stuck up my bumper trying to egg me on, I very rarely take any bait these days.

I had some prick in an old Corsa van the other day, came flying up behind me on a dual carriageway, I was doing about 65mph, he gets dangerously close, clear road, so I gradually slowed down, he slowed down behind me to about 45, followed me for about half a mile and then 'booted it' past me in a big cloud of oily smoke, what a cock, who the fuck wants to 'race' a Corsa van?

The roads are full of idiots I'm afraid.

I usually can't be bothered with kids in Saxos TBH. I once had a VTR with4lads in sat beside me at the lights when I'd just got my ERST back on the road running about 250-260 BHP. Car wasn't running right so I didn't even bother in the slightest they "took off" and gave me the finger through the back window etc and didn't think anything of it.
Couple of days later my brother rings me. He's apprentice at work tells him "Is that your brothers apparently 250BHP ERST around Hereford at the moment? Brother says yes why? He says "250BHP my ass, Adam nailed him 4 up in his VTR Tuesday

I find it more funny when 50 year old reps in their Audi/BMW Deisels come up the inside of you at lights when duel caridgeways go from 2-1 and they wanna get that one car length ahead, and you can see them sat there rocking backwards and forwards riding the clutch then it goes amber and your gone
