there is power to it, the alarm is working when the ignition is turned on opening/closing doors but when the keys are out its not working could this be cause the battery is flat or because its on a boost pack and the bonnet is open?

the mechanic whos doing the work said its just not spinning the starter at all.!? yet it was before it went in!

 

what type of alarm is it?some need to be reset etc

 

its a TOAD alarm, hes told me that if the keys are in the ignition the fob will work to open/close the doors as it should . iv told him that ontop of the steering column theres a light that turns green when you can start the car up but not heard anything back from him yet.
