Default Clio heater fans not working?

A mate's mrs has got a 53 plate clio with climate control. The display lights up, if you select the different vents on the panel you can hear the flaps moving about behind the dash, but the blower isn't working on any speed. Have checked the obvious fuses but they all seem fine.

Any ideas chaps?

Cheers

Rich

Lol tell me about it. A few weeks ago I had to fix the headlights as they decided to stop working, the relay box is upside down behind the dash board and one of the relays had fallen out lol. Today I put a new set of coil packs on it as it broke down, and the heaters haven't worked for a few weeks so we're trying to get it sorted! I've had a look on the cliosport forum, there is a few topics on there, none with specific answers though! Maybe it could be auto electrician time!
