ok, i have a cheapo tesco freeview box but sometimes the sound has about a one second delay compared to the picture. sometimes it rights itself after a while other times it stay like it for ages.

anyone come accross it before, is it my aerial or freeview box or what?

How do you route your audio? Directly to the TV (scart) or seperately to an amp? It could be the box, it could be the audio processor in the TV (or amp if applicable)
