I think who ever took it knew what they were after and therefore had a lockup/whatever to strip it in and have most the parts on a waiting list.
With the amount of owners choosing to break there cossies when they want to sell them has pushed up the price of "cossie bits" due to supply and demand which in turn has brought back the 80's theft thing.
For me, i think like thief (not that i am mind)and park/lock my car in a manor that makes it the hardest to take

still no car back, there are a few things that have happened but with what iv found out over the past few days i don't think this is the place to say.
one thing i will say people in kent be carefull on these forums as ROLLS said when his escort cosworth went missing, they know what they are ordering if you catch my drift.

i know who took it but they have done there part and passed the car on to who wanted it, beleave me i have been out every day and a few others things are going on in the background, thats about all i can say.

What stripped and burnt out? Gutted for you mate, why won't insurance pay out? I'd be waiting a few months find the lad get him on his own, into the back of a van cover your faces up, drive him into the middle of nowhere and kick his fucking head in then leave him there. He will of upseet even more people by then and not no who's done it. Won't get your car or money back but it will make you feel better!

i hope you do find the theiving shite's that took it and give them a bloody good hideing.

The police had there final insult today, they told me at 14.50 today it had been found burnt out and where it was, i went to see it and it had gone just a big black mark so i phoned the police back and it was found yesterday at 13.30 but it took them over 24 hours to tell me, i spoke to the council who removed it and said as there was nothing salvagable and nobody had claimed the car in 24hrs it had gone to the scrap yard and obviously the insurance want it.
