17 inch wheel tyre sizes
whats the ideal tyre size to fit on a 17x7 alloy to fit on a 2wd saph? also whats the largest tyre size i can get away with for the rears?

on a 7j rim you should be fitting either 205's or 215's on a 7.5j -215's and 225's 235's + only on 8j and wider. offset is not important unless you are running the wrong offset which brings the wheel closer to the car in which case you will then need to go with a thinner tyre or you will have clearence issue's or vice versa ie the wheels stick out to far so again you need a thinner tyre.hope that helps
