Default using 3 phase inverters

has anybody on here use any 3 phase inverters on their garage equipment as i have bought a 4 post lift that is 3 phase and i will need to get a inverter,
what are the pros and cons of using a inverter,im just wondering would i be better off getting it converted to single phase .

any links would be appreciated for places you can buy inverters

cheers james

single phase to three phase invertors are quite cheap bit overkill for a ramp though.

Sorry james what i meant was for all an invertor can do lifting a ramp up and down is pretty boring lol If you only have single phase where you're fitting the ramp then an invertor will be perfect m8.
