Weve had him nearly a fortnight now, and hes settling in nicely, first 4 nights we got no sleep, but got him a cage and since then hes slept through the night every night ( apart from wanting to play at 2am this morning )

Hes going for his injections next week, hes gone from being quite sleepy to quite playful, but has a tendency to just want to chew your fingers, ankles, clothes as opposed to playing,( is this normal?) trying to stop him from chewing us all the time.

Hes weeing on his puppy pads in the house, everytime we put him outside he does a wee/poo and he seems to be getting into that habit quite well.

Vet said he was a bit underweight when we took him for a check, gave him some worming stuff but didnt find anything in his poo, but hes filled out a bit in the past 2 weeks thankfully.

He is uber cute according to my gf. As for chewing, its normal. Buster destroyed a tv remote, 2 ps2 controllers, various shoes, basically anything he could get hold of got chewed. While in the chewing phase he acquired a taste for the delicacy of sweaty sock, something he's still got 9yrs later

we give him his own toys, none of which does he like at all! He is so funny im just itching to take him for a walk, which could well be another adventure!

we picked up our puppy on the 20th, gorgeous little thing she is,and only 8 weeks, like you said she has a tendency to try and chew everything, fingers, toes, sofa laptop, lol,
can get a little annoying, but have a water sprayer so everytime she does bad we squirt her lightly.

Vet said she's in perfect health, had 1 jab, got another 2 and a microchip in couple of weeks,

When puppies are lonely and misses the security and warmth of her mother, you can give him a old sweater or an old shirt with your scent on it..

He looks a right little character.

You can buy chew deterent spray from any decent pet shop just spray it on everything. Worked a treat on my newest bulldog she never chewed a thing just her toys.

here are a few pics, had him a month now cant wait to see how he reacts to christmas day tomorrow with 3x kids worth of presents! We bought him a nylabone last week and its the only toy he bothers with, sits chewing it for ages, so definitely recommend them!
