Been waiting, patiently for the Mk. 7 to FINALLY get here. It was to be deployed unmolested. 1.6l, all the looks etc.

So I finally get to see it on Ford.ca and blammo. No fcuking 3 DOOR! And 20 grand kitted out to boot. But the options are weak. No heated screen. Not sure what part of "most affordable ford" they were thinking.

13 grand CDN for a base crapper in 4 door. Boooo.

I think a cheap daily driver is in order, get the Saff on the road and sell the Jag. I really was wanting a leased 3 door fiests to replace the Jag. I'll just find something cheap on gas like an old Focus. Grr.

cant you fit the uk bumper and front and rear aprons and spoiler from the streetpack option? ive just fitted some s/skirts to the wifes, didnt think you could get them for a 5 dr? those ones must be aftermarket ones,looks nice,anyone got more pics of these on diff wheels?

 

just buy a focus. I think the focus is a better looking car.

They were always going to fuck up the focus. As soon as I heard they were going to start selling it, I thought to myself that this isnt going to work for me.

I personally think that Ford spend more on bloody mazdas in canada, some of them look really nice, tbh I would never own one, but they blow Ford out of the water.

The north american focus is a fucking joke, I dont know what planet the designers at ford us are on, but it long way out, but maybe this is what americans and candians like in a car..... but they have probably never seen a one with a decent design

I do feel for you, hired a Ford Contour to compare to my Mondeo few years back in Florida and it was errrr Rubbish!
