Ebay Question
3 months ago I brought an MTX amp off of ebay. It was listed as an ex-demo but still came with a 1 year warranty.
A couple of days ago the amp that powered an MTX sub cut out.
I took it to an audio specialist who fitted the amp, and they said it was dead.
So i got in contact with seller from ebay, wanting a refund , but they said they will give me a credit note for their store.
There is nothing I want from their store. Surely I am entitled to a full refund if the product was faulty?
Your help would be really appreciated, as this is the first issue I have had with an online purchase, so I'm not really sure what to do.

Have you actually told them that you dont want a credit note yet? Many places usually offer a credit note first as its obviously better for them that way. Then if you refuse that, they will more than likely give the refund albeit reluctantly.
