Getting to work
1 1/2hrs each way!
Travel expenses is another thing to think about because i would only earn the same as i am now, but id have a yearly increment and theres the opportunity for progression.
Warren-definately more prospects.
DazC- agreed there. If it involved the M6 aka Cheshires Largest Car Park, i wouldnt bother coz id never get to work. I can avoid the M62 also.
Cozz- thats another thing, id have to sell the mr2
How bad is the m56? id be coming off at Wythenshaw then through Moss Side(
)

)If you doing the normal rush hour,
M65 will be fucked from Bowden (A556) all the way in, The Moss wont be too bad as the fuckers are still in bed in the morning,
I am presuming your City Centre so theres parking to find and pay unless they have their own.
Me personally, it takes me 20-30 mins to get to the other side of Manny in a moring, and anything upto an hour to get home in the avvo/evening, being stuck in traffic on the way back does my tits in.

Christ!
Cozz-

Rusholme and Fall are full of the great unwashed, Longsight you wouldnt have to go near, You'll be on the 'good' side of Mosside.

Im not arsed really. Nobody would come near me. I have a face like a slapped arse in the mornings and by the evening look like death!!
Only got to lock the doors though.

What's that got to do with being 'at the bottom of the pile'? That was me being considerate, not me holding you back. Either way, just glad you're happy with your current job!

my current job i travel 25-35 mins to get there (20 miles away) my last job i traveled 45 mins and was on less money and longer hrs!
all depends on the job, the pay and what you want to get out of it / if its viable to do the commute as dont forget its not just the petrol to get there but millage on cars and wear and tear also that has to be factored in.

If the chance is there to better yourself and progress in the job then go for it even if you have to do battle on the roads every day! Just plan some decent routes and get up earlier!!
