Who's Cossie Chip???

Its a yellow sticker signifying the Stage 3 upgrades, which resembles those that Harvey Gibbs supplies according to Jimbo.

Can anyone confirm?

All you need to do is ask andy if he stage 3'd the saph that the running gear came out of if so then it will almost certanly he a harvey chip!
