ive seen endless amounts of paint jobs and other work jacko has done and it has always been faultless i wouldnt go anywere else for work on my s2 or any other cars i wanted doing for that fact sounds like a good find mate ill pop up and have a look if you get it and ill see you sat morning bud

Talking about barn finds im going to look at a 3door cosworth tomorrow thats been sat in a barn for 20 years has 27000 miles on it. and its apparently mint. cant wait to see it. So the escos maybe going.

here's my barn find s1
was last taxed in 88, done 55k, bought it off the second owner who never
had it on the road
he bought it as accident damaged and fixed it up
put it in barn and forgot about it

Yeh fair does if its had paint b4 it can be a pain to match up!
I believe 1 side of the bumper came off because of a damaged bracket/clip and i sorted him a new number plate light which was also damaged.
If half the rear door was blended our eyes wouldnt have picked it up! hes happy thats all that matters its just us fussy cunts at our local bodyshop.

well not so much barn as garrage
i was told by my brothers girlfriend that a bloke accross the road from her nan used to have an escort but it it was still in the garage and haddnt moved for arround 20 years
so tonight i wn to seewhat was there and rather than go asking i poked my bore scope under the door as it was on the main road i didnt see the harm
what met the screen affter getting past loads of spider webs was the pas rear arch of an s1 didnt know what to do so went for a think
went to my mams ad was talking about it and she told me she knew her and that she would see if ts for sale
now the strange thing is that this car is on the estate me and mozza live on and nither of us knew a thing about it all i do know is im going to try and buy this as it will be low millage and should be rustfree as the garage is water tite

If I had something sitting in my garage I wouldn't be chuffed to see someone snooping around to see what's in there! It's their car, if they wanted to sell it then it'd be in the paper for sale!
