i sold a rocker cover on ebay, sold, deliverd, 2 weeks later got a email saying stil not recived, and before i even got chance to read it he started a paypal claim,,,

the postage was first class, not recorded, i told ebay this and they went in his favour,, just one of these things i suppose,, so he gets a full refund and im 70quid out of pocket lol,

anyway hes left me a neg feedback sayin item not recived and stuff, i had 100% before that and now its at 98.5% but thats not the point, he got full refund and stil gave neg feedback,


is there anything i can do to get this withdrew?

no but for piece of mind just reply to his negative feedback calling him a C*NT. Will make you feel alot better. Then get one of the guys off here who lives close to him to go and egg his house and wipe shit over his windows

Just reply to his feedback and take it as a future leason; Do NOT send anything, especially anything of reasonable value by non-trackable post.

If you are feeling slightly cuntish and he is selling anything, start a new ebay account bid and win whatever he is selling and leave him negative feedback.

Nothing you can do on the feedback but the worst thing is, u sent it normal postage he could of actually got the rocker cover and you will never know. If you kept the proof of postage you can claim some back though around the Ł34 mark i think..

ive had it before ive sold a item to guernsey and the person said he never had it even tho i had a customs reciept, pissed right on his fire, but my mate got conned from Ł200 as the person said he never recieved it as paypal take the money straight out of paypal straight away!!!! coonts

Always send recorded delivery upto Ł36 value, over that send special delivery. Both insured and tracked, doesnt cost a lot more usually

I always get my shipping labels via the "item sold" link as Paypal then has a record of the label being generated which helps on a dispute. I have had a few in my time and in most cases it works out
I have a Ł30 cut of rule, (If i sell anything for Ł30 or more it goes recorded)

leave him feedback and in it call him a cunt, ebay will remove all feedback for that transaction, only way i no of to get rid of it

why do people continue to send stuff unrecorded? it doesnt cost much extra.
