hello everyone,

is stewart around pls or can anyone help me with the bloddy wiring for the anti lag system???? we have located the 3 pin connector but we are blind in choosing the right wire any help pls

 

If you get a multimeter place it on continuity - you need to check which one of the 3 pins goes to pin 13 (Check your paperwork to confirm this is the allocated pin). This is the wire to earth through a switch to activate your anti-lag.

From memory, it is the left hand side one of the pins in the triangle when looking at it, but please check that.

it's the left bottom pin of the triangle!

is it normal that when you activate anti lag on 1000 rpm (idle)

the revs drop to about 700rpm?

so whats the crack with als, can it be used on a standard t34 in mild form ? do you just need the msd chip ?

 

Glad it's working! Yes, some idle speed reduction can occur with the ALS on as the ignition is retarded at that point.

 

tryed the car today and belive me it was one hell of a buzzzzzzzzz
it was throwing 2 to 3 ft flames and the power improvemnt with the new 380 chip was amazing.......we installed this not on my monte but on a dax rush quattro cosworth!! about 750 kilo cat .........
