HELP!!

Am working on a fiesta mk3 putting a 2litre zetec blacktop with a turbo conversion in !! wondering if a 1.8 litre mondeo loom & ecu would do the job ????

i beleive the 1.8 ecu will not be suitable as the cams are different to the 2ltr and fuelling will be different
