there is but its not by jag its by Fords and is a 909 Motorsport item and aint cheap at all

All depends on what the car is going to be used for as to whether it is better.

to be quite honoust the cwp does vary around these figures , not quite as poxy as 9" like but 9.5" is about teh smallest for the 4hu case up to the largest one i have which is just knocking on 10.5"

anything under 550 i would not use a jag diff, i would use a 7.5 plated item or a Quiaffe or Gripper.

I throught some of the xj 40 jags had 9in diffs in, the ones on the change
over period from inboard discs to the later outboard ones. the toyota supra
twin turbos also have a 9in diff, kos iv got one, there not as cheap as the
jag ones though, but are pretty indestructiable.

personally i would use this setup at std power as even that fooks sun/planet gears in teh std units, up from that a good 400 power plant will fook a high mileage cwp , and try and find a low milage cwp these days , there arnt any.

i also recomment tom seal's gripper diffs , used thena few times , excellant kit

The toyota 9in diffs do come in different ratios, from just over 3-1 to just
over 4-1 , thers a metal tag on the diff casing relating to what the ratio
is starting with a w.... unfortunatley they dont put the actual ratio on the
tag, its just a part number so u need to do a bit of homework first.
