What are the possibilities regarding tuning options on this engine?

Chip
Cams?
Exhaust manifold?
Turbo kit?

Does anyone know of companies dealing with this engine?

 

lennie off this BB has a complete engine with all the go faster bits on it... manifolds, cams, chip etc. etc. i think he's selling it (not sure if its been sold yet) try giving him a PM

sierra galaxy are 2 diffrent engines

 

You can put the rs2000 head on it so it will make it 16v but you need to have some other bits to make it run

Or if keeping it 8v Janspeed do the manorfold 4 it they are the onlyone i belive unlees you have someone make one and you can get them chiped thats all i know m8 as i looked in to it when i had my serria

They are a 2.2 or 2.3 i think

theres some thing in the back of my mind about uterma i think it was a 16v head but not sore

 

8 valve sierra motor is a chain driven unit where as the galaxy is belt ain't it?
Sieera motor has a tendancy to snap cam chains and destroy the motor, through these 8 valve things away and stick a pinto in

 

The 2.0 DOHC engine in the Sierra and Galaxy are basically the same engine(as is the MK V RS2000 16V, but with a 16V head obviously...).
Both have chain driven cams.
