at the end of the day the bloke asked Boob jobs.... any recommended clinics/surgeons? not ppls personal oppions on them.
there's nothing wrong wiv them they look/feel real make my missus mega happy and less body conscous.
if u have a problem wiv it keep it 2 ur self coz the dude has for advice not oppions.
maybe u all say those things about fake boobs coz ur missus has saggy old tittes that bang against her knees.

No I agree, as well as vanity people may undergo surgery to address self esteem issues (which some people, at nuts and bolts level would still say is vanity) or of course for medical reasons.
Off topic anyway.

well Claire had hers done nearly 4 years ago now and as said before there is many reasons for women to get them done other than vanity, for Claire it was her confidence and self esteem as she just felt after the birth of her son and breast feeding it took its toll on her "Natural" ones. She went to the Linea clinic in Harley Street in London for her consultation with her surgeon then had her Op in their private hospital in Huntingdon.
She paid Ł4k.

Both my sisters had them done recently, both never really let on that they felt low about having small breasts, but both became alot more confident after.
IT WAS AGONY for them, well, for a week or two at least but now fine. I think they had the ones that go under the muscle for a more natural look which is the reason for the pain.
But, no infections or problems so can't be bad. Think it cost 4k . I will see who did them for you.

Mine are very small, but I just don't think I could justify the cost, I'm not that unhappy about them - unless after kids and they were really horrid looking then I may consider, they're small but don't bother me
