Default Wind Noise...

Alright folks...

Just after some words of wisdom if anyone can help!

I've got a 2006 Mondeo ST and its got a whistling noise at 55 mph and above.
It's wind noise from the drivers side and it's doing my nut!!!

I've been over everything I can think of, door seals/shuts, windows, wiper blades, mirrors, the lot......to no avail!

Can anyone suggest/ knows of any common causes of wind noise on the mk3 mondy???

Thanks!

open the drivers window fully and give the top of the door frame a little crank inwards!

Thought it was the windscreen, but with the howling wind and rain lately I would have thought i'd see some water ingress too..

I'll give the window trick a shot tomorrow!

Thanks!!

we had one at work a while back doing this, in the end we changed the mirror gasket on the drivers side and that seemed to cure it iirc.

That would make sense at thats the area the noise is coming from! Time to get the spanners out tomorrow!

Thanks again!
