Default 1.9 ford cvh piston design question

I'm new to this website so please forgive my lack of inexperience here
......I have a 1.9 cvh engine ....I'm hoping your members can help me out , I'm stuck
I'm trying to build a 1.9 motor for my lotus 7 ...... I have a ford escort 1989 1.9 block... I'm putting in 1985 large journal 1.9 crank and rods ...I've got a 1.9 ford 87 hemi head E7EE-G7A ..I'm trying to get the highest compression I can with a stock ford piston ..hoping for like 10.2 or so ...I'm using 2 weber 40's carbs /header boring to .040 over .... but I'll be darned if I can figure out which design of stock ford off the shelf piston would work the best application .....ford has so many variations from 1985-90 ....any chance you or some of the members can help me out here ??
