Having read a few of Ronnie's posts before, and his obvious contentment at Big G getting the issue successfully resolved, I'm pretty sure some ''compensation for time spent'' will be transferring between the gents concerned.

if he sells s/h cars arrange a test drive of a car that is more than the value of the box, now keep the car, send him a letter telling him it is in lieu of payment/refund, also inform plod as he'll report the "theft", so long as you can prove the debt is owed, as not received the goods then it is a CIVIL matter 100%, you are 100% entitled to do the above, as is anybody owed a debt by anybody.

just checked my bank statement and they have taken the money back out of my account
which has put me over my overdraft limit, i dont have any money to pay this months bills and i'm going to get charged by my bank for all of this and i dont get paid for another two weeks,
they have proper wound me up, do i just get in my car and drive to oldham and sort them out? because right now i feel like burning the place down
thieving dirty scumbag cunts!!
