hedunit help Alpine cde-9880r

Default hedunit help Alpine cde-9880r

Bought it from halfords ex display yesterday,

fitted it last nite trying to set up trebble and bass.

so i press the sound button subwoofer comes up on the display,and wont go off the screen
so i have to turn off the headunit to try again any help please people

bit pissed off to be honnest..........

On an Alpine, if you press centre button and subwoofer level comes up, after a few seconds of no activity it goes back to the main screen. Sounds like there is a problem with it mate. Tried sticking a pen in the reset button which is probably behind the display?

If still like it I'd be taking it back
