Officially have to hold my hands up..
My clutch isnt on the way out, its uprated and i was resting my bloody foot on the clutch pedal ever so slightly and it was causing it to rev
i didnt think ever so slightly on the pedal would do that but it bloody does, this clutch bites like a pitbull!

but like said you look less of a fool for admiting it , i think most of us at some piont have rested there foot on the pedal and crapped themselves thinking there clutch has just give way .
i would advise not to rest your foot on the clutch unless your using it really cos it'll put extra wear on your release bearing
