help modifying 1.8 tdci 115 Focus....what can i do other than re-map???

As above...any suggestions taken on board as i don't know where to start and whats best to do with this diesel?

Have a search, theres plenty about, front mount intercooler would be a good step. After that, I think it starts to get expensive, different turbo ect.

why dont you want to get it remapped/chipped?

i am having it remapped...just wanted to know what else would be worth doing...that won't break the bank

Any idea's?

Thought bout intercooler...but would i need to make any modifications to the bumper?

Is it worth de-cat'ing?
