what is needed to fit accralites pistons to a 1.6 CVH turbo engine?

well id go for an over sized piston then send your block an pistons off to get the block machined for the pistons with the right tolerences ect

Accrashite I reckon. I wouldn't bother. I used standard pistons on steel rods up to 300bhp and did 160mph with that engine.

christian what rods do you use to go with a set of mahles ? steel rods that is as some rods have a piston with an every so slightly bigger gudgen pin i think ?

Can't remember what I did to be honest, but I know that I used the same rods when I went over to the Ross pistons, maybe the machiners did something? Doubt it though.
