Default Anyone got a TDCi 130 with Bluefin?

Just wondering if there's much difference in mpg with the Bluefin? Wondering if it's best to go back to the stock map for long journeys?

Can't speak for Bluefin on this one Dan, but with an Evolution Chips remap, you should see between 10% and 20% better fuel economy, nearer the 20% on a long run on the motorway unless you're driving at Vmax everywhere

On the 2.0 TDCi 130bhp engine you can expect a 30bhp increase and 55NM torque.

RRP is £359 inc. VAT and fitting

There should be no reason why a remap should make your fuel economy worse.

An evolution chips remap of your vehicle would give another 30bhp and 50NM with again between 10 and 20% better fuel economy. Same price of £359 all in

You are SUCH a mingebag!! Just do it and drive it you gayer!

Even with your foot pressed through to the tarmac, you'll still get more than twice what you were in the ST200, be quicker and probably more relaxed.

Do it!

None of this mincey "oooh dear, actually, if i use the handset i can actually gain us 0.3 mpg at the touch of a button"

Plug and play handsets are normally done as a generic unit and as such are a 'one map suits all' application hence them having large safety margins in. With a professional remap done for YOUR car, every aspect of performance and fuel economy can be tailored to suit.

At the end of the day, the price is very similar, it's like buying an off the shelf exhaust system or having one hand made on the car for the same price
