i recived my phone bill the other day i rang orange up as it's higher that it normally is.

they have now told me they are charging me for delivery reports but this was never in my contract.

has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it.

They cannot start charging you for something which used to be free without first giving you plenty of notice. I believe they were supposed to let you know about this on the bill before your latest bill. If they haven't they are being naughty and you should say your going to speak to Ofcom if you don't get anywhere with a common sense approach.

 

Orange did this with something else recently, can't remember off the top of my head what it was though. And yes, they should have contacted you to tell you, I beleive you are within your rights to terminate your contract!

 

wasnt it the call charges they put up?? there was a big post on here not that long ago about be able to cancel your contract cause of it

 

i got this last month doubled my bill i was like wtf
