I dont know about a cossie but a mate of mine used a dolly for his corsa.
Suppose its around the same,
I would advise the bumper removed of course, and then Hook it up to your main toeing and strong points of the front of the cossie your toeing,
Once attached, its like a trallor,
REMEMBER! hand brake off, KEYS IN!..
wont jack Knife then
Like i say, if you have first hand of a trallor, this would be no different.

yes I have used one man tow on a cossie and a 205 gti, perfect. Just remove bumper on cossie. The one man tow i have uses chains which you wrap around the TCA's.
